A Life Coach - Much more than you think

Your life is busy, it’s complex and it’s hectic. You have a lot of things going on.  
Imagine that each thing going on in your life is like a grain of corn. Have you ever been inside of a silo of corn grains? It can be quite scary as you can't always know how to handle all of them at once. If you could only hold them one at a time it would be much easier. But life does not work this way. At some point the dust in the silo disturbs your vision and the noise of the crashing grains is so strong - and you feel it is very hard for you to see the picture and follow the sound track.

Now imagine how it feels when we have hundreds of things flying around in our heads – an avalanche of ideas, dilemmas, tasks and priorities. How do you organize them so they make sense? What do you do first? Maybe the big question is, what are you doing inside a corn silo?  

Life coaching is a practice that helps people identify, sort, prioritize, follow-through and achieve one's personal goals. We will assist you by using a variety of tools and techniques. Life coaching is not sociology or psychology but it draws upon them. Focus is placed on establishing a connection between the coach and the client and setting objectives and directions. Life coaching is about positive adult development and also career counseling. In the Life Coaching world, a coach is not a therapist but more an experienced brother. A coach is also an experienced trusted professional who will work with you to discover your own unique skills, traits and life goals and assist you with defining them and executing them. 

If you are under stress, feel alone, are going through a personal, family, or career crisis of any type, the life coach can actually help you deal with it much better and emerge victorious.  We will help you find the value that is already in you, we will point the finger at what you have and what you need to obtain and provide you with the support you need and the listening ear and heart.

Eventually, when you are out of the corn silo… the air feels clean, you can see well ahead, you can see the different roads you can take, you feel strong again and ready to go and chose the road you like. The road to a better, safer place.
