Consultancy Services
A consultant (from Latin: consultare "to discuss") is a trusted person who provides professional or expert advice, in a particular area or subject (like business, strategy, management, sales, marketing, finance and capital, HR
etc) and many other specialized fields. We take pride in providing much more that just consultancy – we provide real advice. You can get advice in 2 hours or on a regular basis, depending on your needs.
Many consultants avoid expressing an opinion and would consider their role to be more “general” in nature, we believe that it is in the best interest of whomever selects a consultant, to get good advice in exchange for their money. Not just general advice you can read online, but a real insightful, honest opinion that makes a difference. Honesty and integrity are our first priority. We will never tell you stories – we will call it as we see it. In many organizations they implement a matrix management where some people would have a dotted line manager who would give them professional advice but will not actually manage them. We would like to think that we can be your Dotted Line consultant - we provide you with advice and ideas and help you execute them - per topic, per challenge or per your needs. You can have us take a frontal formal role (like an interim manager) or in a roll behind the scenes, but we will always be there for you. The overall impact of a consultant is that clients have access to deeper levels of expertise than would be feasible for them to retain in-house, and may purchase only as much service from the outside consultant as desired.

Training
Many companies constantly train their staff, but the question that comes to mind is: why is training your staff important? A business is not just a mass of people coming together to work on a daily basis, it is a team or a unit that works together in order to achieve a collective goal and ultimately generate profits for the business. That is precisely why it is important to train your staff adequately. There are many benefits one can obtain by investing in proper staff training, number one being efficiency. A well trained staff member will help reduce the risk of potential mishaps and it will condition the employee to give his or her best in any given task. Training needs a different approach at any juncture of the company – new employees, topic based training, team training, specific skill training, cross profession training (when you train technical staff in sales for example) and many more. Training also increase overall moral of the team, meaning that he or she will feel that they belong within the business, and that the business is interested in their involvement. Taking the time to invest in proper training for your staff on all levels, will deliver a big (and surprisingly fast) Return On Investment (ROI).
