A consultant (from Latin: consultare "to discuss") is a trusted person who provides professional or expert advice, in a particular area or subject (like business, strategy, management, sales, marketing, finance and capital, HR etc) and many other specialized fields. We take pride in providing much more that just consultancy – we provide real advice. You can get advice in 2 hours or on a regular basis, depending on your needs.
Many consultants avoid expressing an opinion and would consider their role to be more “general” in nature, we believe that it is in the best interest of whomever selects a consultant, to get good advice in exchange for their money. Not just general advice you can read online, but a real insightful, honest opinion that makes a difference. Honesty and integrity are our first priority. We will never tell you stories – we will call it as we see it. In many organizations they implement a matrix management where some people would have a dotted line manager who would give them professional advice but will not actually manage them. We would like to think that we can be your Dotted Line consultant - we provide you with advice and ideas and help you execute them - per topic, per challenge or per your needs. You can have us take a frontal formal role (like an interim manager) or in a roll behind the scenes, but we will always be there for you. The overall impact of a consultant is that clients have access to deeper levels of expertise than would be feasible for them to retain in-house, and may purchase only as much service from the outside consultant as desired.
